On a full moon, or if there's lots of snow on the ground and a cloudy night, then you can see everything like it's day. When there's no moon, you can't see anything outside. The versions released from September 2014 onwards contain more variations of the clear weather each with their own unique cloud patterns, dusty weather, overcast and hazy variants have also been added. I live in a place with little to no light pollution. RWL was made using, and is intended for use with Fallout New Vegas Ultimate Edition or Tale of Two Wastelands. I've never seen Hulk-like guys or Ghouls, somebody surviving a full grenade's explosion or a plasma burst etc. There quite nothing realistic in Fallout. but there's no forest in FNV.Īnd a game doesn't have to be as boring as real life you know. Of course, if I'd walk in a forest, I won't see anything. I live in a place where's there's near no light-pollution, and when the sky isn't cloudy, I can walk the open field at night with no real need for an artificial light, and when the Moon is full, it's almost as bright as if there have been street lamps. which means in a dry desert like Mojave, which's sky is clear, you'll be enlightened with the light emited by the stars and the Moon (I know, Moon only reflects Sun's light).
